Shootdown from The Chronicles of Purgatory Station

shootdown_sketch.jpg

This is Shootdown, an elite member of the Meta-Agent Program of the United States.  Shootdown is a covert operative specializing in assassination all over the world.  Some members of MAP are public figures, such as Anthem and Freedom (before he went AWOL and became the government’s worst traitor).  Shootdown belongs to that part of the program that is to never be known by the people.

If you’d like to read about Shootdown’s attempt at killing Freedom, and then his subsequent role in trapping Freedom , check out  The Imagination’s Provocation: Volume I and Volume II.

The Black Hole from The Chronicles of Purgatory Station

black_hole_sketch.jpg

This is The Black Hole, a man willing to do pretty much anything for the right price.  With his ability to create a giant vortex behind him, he’s virtually unstoppable.  Which raises the question: “How do you defeat him?”

To find out who comes out the victor in the confrontation between he and Freedom, read my short story collection The Imagination’s Provocation: Volume II.

Excitor from The Chronicles of Purgatory Station

excitor_sketch.jpg

This is Excitor, a young man wielding bio-electric power.  First created in the early nineties, this character went through a plethora of names and designs before I finally settled on what you see above.  Eventually I want to dedicate an entire storyline to him, but for now you can read about him as he joins the Nocturnal Knight’s strike force against the Shadow Serpent in my short story collection The Imagination’s Provocation: Volume II.

Hell Hound from The Chronicles of Purgatory Station

hellhound_sketch.jpg

Above is a sketch of Hell Hound, one of the oldest active members of the Meta-Agent Program.  He, along with his fellow government santioned meta-agents, would love nothing more than to bring in the traitor Freedom, our nation’s greatest hero.  You can read about him in my short story collection The Imagination’s Provocation: Volume II.

Anthem from The Chronicles of Purgatory Station

This is the corrupt Anthem, the antithesis and replacement of Freedom.  I first created him sometime around 1991.  He can currently be found in my short story collections The Imagination’s Provocation: Volume I and Volume II.
