		<description><![CDATA[They should have it, and even if they don&#039;t, they can probably bring it in from a surrounding library somewhere.  I believe libraries have a network where they&#039;ll mail books to each other if someone requests it.  You&#039;ll have to check if the BPL does that.  I know the NPL does.
